Resident Breeding birds at Udhailiyah - Bird records by Nishan Xavier
Nishan Xavier sent me a coupe of photos he took earlier in the year at Udhailiyah Heights, Saudi Aramco camp and has kindly allowed me to use them on my website. They are of resident species that are common throughout the Eastern province of Saudi Arabia and can be seen in almost any area of well vegetated habitat. All the three species, Eurasian Hoopoe, House Sparrow and White-eared Bulbul also breed in the Eastern Province, with Eurasian Hoopoe numbers also being increased by passage birds in both spring and autumn.
