Adam Richardson sent me an e-mail a couple of days ago
saying he had read with great interest my blog post showing Phil Roberts
photograph of a fulvescens Greater Spotted Eagle. Adam mentioned he
was at Sabkhat Al Fasl two weeks previously and believed he may have
photographed the same bird that was magnificent. The bird was very weary but
Adam managed to get a number of photographs at different angles from a
reasonable distance and sent me some to look that he very kindly said I could
use on my website. As mentioned in the first post on this bird they are very
uncommon birds and these excellent photos show you just how spectacular they
are. I very much thank Adam for sending me his excellent shots and for allowing
me to use them on my website. The copyright of these photos remains with Adam
so please do not use them without permission.
